Hi,

I am trying to set up a few computers in our office to update time from a single server i have set to update time from a pool. The server that updates time from the server pool is working fine. However, on the first machine i have tried to update from our timeserver, i start NTPD but it will not stay running. It will run for about 5 minutes and then the PID is just not there anymore. I am not sure what is going on. Have any of you run into a problem like this before? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Problem was fixed. I had the time set right but was 1 day behind and it did not like that. it had Feb 5 for the date instead of 6. Now it is running great.
