Database designers

Do you know any descent Data Base designers for lin?

Searching a bit I found this one that looks good for my needs right now.

Screenshot

It seems it hasent been updated for years and it also needs xlib.

Xlib is practically non-installable on Ubuntu (and even if I decided to mess up my installation with installs from sources, it has tooo many dependancies... It doesnt worth the work)

Any other that you use and suits you would be great help.

MySql workbench? Available for Ubuntu 8.04 and 9.04. I have not tried it under Ubuntu but use it at occasion under WinXP.

Obviously tailored to MySql so not sure how it will suite your needs.

dbdesigned have been renamed workbench and Sun solved quite a lot of bug since the bought it. Other tools exist, such as Kexi, umbrello and OpenOffice base.
