does anyone know how i can set the font to go over into wine? or is there something else i need to do? i have read several posts on LQ.org as well as some other sites.. the program is wonderful, but i can't seem to get the font to work.
i've been working on this for a bit, i just can't seem to find what i'm missing.
Soylentgreen, how did you get Transparent LanguageNow! Russian running in wine?
I'm quite the novice with wine. I've got a legal, purchased disc of Transparent LanguageNow! Dutch but can't get it to run. From the folder where it's installed, in a terminal window, I type
$ wine ./V8.exe
and get a few popups in succession saying "Unable to load C:\Program Files\TLI\LanguageNow V8/DUE?????.???" Once I've got through those popups, I get a fragmented start-up screen; then, whichever option I choose, I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library popup: "Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\TLI\LanguageNow V8\V8.exe abnormal program termination"
