well i still can't get this stupid thing to work. cvswinex doesn't work, cedega doesn't work. stock wine works...but i want winex working.

whenever i use cedega with pthreads on, i get this error message:
/usr/bin/cedega: line 323: 1302 Segmentation fault $SHELL -c "$RUNWINE $WINVER -debugmsg $DEBUGMSG -use-dos-cwd $WORKDIR -- $COMMAND_LINE"

whenever i turn off pthreads, i get this:
wine: exists lstat socket : No such file or directory

i'm using NPTL.

i searched these forums, and found something about adding a line to the top of /usr/bin/cedega to remove the wineserver-??? directory. well when that happens cedega complains that the directory doesn't exist.

GRRRR!!!! anyone here got any clues?

i also tryed to turn prelinking off,.... same

what is that msg? how to fix?
