CVS trouble--No such file or directory

I'm trying to use cvs for the first time on Suse 10.1 box. I type in this:

Code:
cvs *d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.salemradiolabs.com:/home/cvs/srl login
I get this output:

Code:
-bash: cvs *d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.salemradiolabs.com:/home/cvs/srl login: No such file or directory
BTW...
Code:
#rpm -q cvs
cvs-1.12.12-19
I am told that the command listed above is supposed to work OK. I copies it directly from documentation files.

I would appreciate any help with getting cvs to work correctly.

Thanks,

Andy

Thanks, Nirav!

I copied your entry and tried it and it worked fine. The problem was that I was copying and pasting the code from a PDF file and the string contained some hidden characters that don't show up in the terminal window nor text editor.
