CVS trees in windows

i want the winex3.2 CVS source tree. the problem is, my internet doesnt work in linux, and it is required to get the CVS, so i am forced to use windows for downloading. how can i get the WineX3.2 CVS from within windows xp? or is there a download website to get the CVS? i heard, in order to download CVS, you can to connect to the website using a specific command at the CLI.
