CVS Server Setup - Mandrake 10

OK, I know I'm being somewhat dumb but how the heck do I set up a cvs server on Mandrake 10? I've searched for HOWTO's and the one that looks like what I need "CVS-RVS HOWTO" is removed for review - GREAT!

I've found a few other places but they were either for BSD or really really old distros.

Can someone please point me to a tutorial on how to set up a cvs server???

I will be accessing it locally to start with so don't need a fancy setup...

Ive used cvs before but never had to set up a server...
