cups+samba printing

hey guys, i'm trying to setup a printing server at work and ive been able to print from windows clients to the linux box running cups and samba but i got couple of problems that will not allow me to put this server in to production environment.
problem 1: i cant print jpeg images, i mean like photos and stuff
problem 2: i need a banner to be printed with each printjob. i can print a banner when i'm sending a printjob from linux box but when i print from windows box banner is just not there.
problem 3: i have no idea how to make originating computer name to be printed on the banner.

any help would be greatly apprectiated.
thanx in advance.
oh i'm running fc2 with samba 3.0.3 and cups 1.1.20
