Ctrl-F on vim 6.0.152 display only half a screen

Using vim 6.0.152 on Kconsole and ssh to a computer, pressing <Ctrl><F> will move the cursor down by only half page (not a full page).
Kernel version is 2.4.18.
How to fix it?
