ctrl + alt + esc kde, its not there


in my first stage1 gentoo install I had ctrl + alt + esc feature, I eally loved it, it killed applications in one click, now my stage3, kde 3.3 doesn't have this feature, is there a way to enable it?

(whoops fixed sorry)
