Crossover Office Refuses to Register threed32.ocx

I am using CrossOver Office to install a small password-management program, called Access Manager (http://www.citi-software.co.uk/am/), that uses Windows Installer. Once the installer is copying files, I get an error message saying that the installer could not register threed32.ocx. When I run the program, I get a similar message saying threed32.ocx could not be found. The regsvr32 program included in CrossOver Office refuses to register the file, which sits in C:\Windows\System of my "fake_windows" (put there by the program's installer).

The odd part is that the regsvr32 program seems to know where the file is, indicating that there is more to the given message of "not found". If you type "regsvr32 threed32.ocx" it replies "Dll C:\Windows\System\threed32.ocx not found", even if you don't specify that path or that is not your current directory. If you type something else, for example, "regsvr32 notfound.ocx", It simply says "Dll notfound.ocx not found".

If anyone can help me please let me know. Thanks!
