Cross-Compiling with glibc

I am trying to cross-compile NRLs NORM for a sharp zaurus
running a specialized open-source linux distro for zauruses.
It has an ARM processor.

I have the build environment to setup and it does cross-compile,
but I am having problems compiling glibc into the binary. The
source for NORM comes with a linux makefile which I have been
using to compile.

I added " -L/lib -llibc" to my S0FLAGS in the makefile. It doesn't
flag an error, but it also doesn't seem to do anything at all.

What is the proper way to compile glibc into this binary?

Thanks for all your help. It is much appreciated.

Sincerely,
Ryan
