Crontab understanding

Dear all,
in my Linux system in crontab -e I get the following two lines:

0 10 1 * * /root/backup/backup.sh
0 10 1 * * /home/backup-ap-email/backupemail.sh

If I got it right this will be executed every first of month at 10:00 am.
Could you please help me understand what will happen if my pc is turned of at the first day of the month. Will my scripts run the next day and if the answer is yes at what time ?

Best Regards
Alex
