Creative Zen mp3 player and Gnomad2

I've brought a Creative Zen mp3 player. I installed Gnomad2. I connect my player to the computer, the player responded by switching on automatically. However when I run Gnomad2, it gave me an error like "no jukebox detected on the USB bus".

I've also tried to run Gnomad2 under root, but the same occured. However, when I type "lsusb", it did gave me
"Bus 002 Device 005: ID 041e:4157 Creative Technology, Ltd"

But any attempt to connect it by Gnomad2 failed.

Can anyone help?

You need to install the libmtp and maybe a libmtp-tools package. This device uses the mtp protocol rather than being an external usb drive.
I have a creative Vision M player. I use amarok rather than gnomad2.

Also make sure that the hal daemon is running.
