Creating Link

I upgraded to the new firefox. Now, the executable is /opt/firefox/firefox. I am trying to create a link under the bin folder to point to the executable. I tried ln -s /opt/firefox/firefox /home/diegoa/bin/firefox but that didn't work. Any ideas?

why didnt that work?

It should have, but then why are you doing it?

and the system bin is not in your ~ directory

I don't know why it didn't work under that DIR. I have other programs that work just fine. Either way, I put it under /bin and now it works. yay!
