Exclamation Crashed Raid5 - HELP!

Hello,
I have a computer with Debian and software Raid 5 (8 160 GB disks, reiserfs).
My problem are that two of the disks are reported not functional. I can get information from the disks with fdisk and they look the same as the rest.
When I do "raidstart /dev/md0" my two wrong disks don't even try to start (I looked in syslog, dmesg).
Does anyone have an idea? It is not some hardware problem so is it possible to rescue some files? The raid system are completely full.
I think it went full when it crashed. Can it have something to do with it?

(It crashed yesterday and today I got my backup system delivered - very funny!! )

Thanks,
Pelle
