CPU Tempature... ETC....

Just wondering i have a MSI K7N2 Delta 2 Platinum motherboard. And with this motherboard came some software for checking the CPU tempature system tempature even over clocking it and the fan speeds while i know not all these features would be on a linux program does any one know of one that will check CPU tempature at the very least?

Yes, sir. What distribution of Linux are you using? Please update your LQ UserCP
so that we'll have some clues about you. ;')

From a terminal issue "cat /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/THZN/temperature" and if your
box has ACPI in the kernel, you'll get the temp.

GkrellM is a system monitor which also allows you to track temps, fans, voltages
when you get proper kernel support and configuration. And then there is also
LM Sensors.

This also assumes your motherboard supports it.
