Cpp Builder on Linux

Hello.
I'm a programmer on C++ and have done many projects in C++ Builder for many years of practice.
One year ago I moved onto GNU/Linux (Debian 5.0.1 "Lenny") and still run C++ Builder inside virtual machines (using Sun VirtualBox).
Well, I need another fine solution for C++ IDE on Linux.
I want to have:
1) Full integrated IDE with just-in-time debugging
2) GUI forms designer (using GTK or QT)
3) support for BCB project files

Do anyone knows something about Linux IDEs like C++ Builder?

I'm asking about BCB-like IDE, not just "Linux IDE".
My question is about comprehensive integrated development environment for GUI programms with integrated JiT debugger.
