Courier IMAP folder errors

I've got courier imap running and I'm running into a strange problem. Via either Squirrelmail or Outlook Express, I cannot add any folders. Squirrelmail tries to add a Inbox.Sent by default and it gets the error message of

Quote:
ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: CREATE "Sent"
Reason Given: Invalid mailbox name.
If I try and add a mailbox via OE I get the following
Quote:
Invalid mailbox name.

Configuration:
Account: jchieppa@nix.fallenchaos.com
Server: nix.fallenchaos.com
User name: jchieppa@nix.fallenchaos.com
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 143
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800cccd2
Anyone run into this before? I can't find any reference to invalid mailbox in any /var/log file.
