Well if I do a -O it doesn't do directory times so it wouldn't give that last remaining error.

Just another tip: try to sync /data/FolderImRsyncing/. or /data/FolderImRsyncing/./ . This dot can have extra meaning.
Also modifying the date of FolderImRsyncing is controlled by the folder data. So if the data folder has no 777 rights it may cause this problem also. Which user executes the rsync command?

As i mentioned in an earlier post, the folders are all 777.

Does anyone else have any other ideas of how to do it? I'm running the cron job as a different user than root. root is the owner of both folders in the rsync command, and the folders are 777. Not sure why it can't do the times
