Cost Engineering / Estimating Software

hi guys,

are there any open source cost engineering / estimating software options?

I am aware of OpenOffice spreadsheets but was hoping to track down some cost engineering specific software with built-in functionality & equations.

More specifically, I am pricing an oil & gas offshore rig so it needs to have an engineering type basis.
