Corel PHOTO-PAINT for Linux

I'm getting an error message when trying to start Corel PHOTO-PAINT for Linux...

unable to add fonttastic font server to the font path. The font server is probably not installed or not running. Correct the problem and try again.

the corel documentation told me how to start the font server but an error message popped up saying something like, file doesn't exist, which leads me to believe that font server isn't installed.

where can i find this application.

I know you are still around, but are you still having problems with this? This page sort of walks you through it.

thanks for the reply but i've decided just to use the gimp

I tried it, got it going, it was slow, buggy, a memory pig and full of windows type error messages. I thought thats the junk I was trying to get away from when I decided to move all my machines over to Linux.

I guess I will be sticking with the gimp also. ;) :D
