Copy Fedora 5 Hard Drive to another Hard Drive Using Knoppix 5.1.1

I would like to clone a Hard Drive with Fedora 5 on it to another Hard Drive. I was told a good way to do it is with Knoppix 5.1.1. However, I have no clue how. I've already got Knoppix on a cd. Any help would be appreciated. I've searched and searched but no luck. I'm brand new to linux.

also take a look at dd_rescue.
Faster and good feedback during the process.
If you don't have it try: yum install dd_rescue
