Hi. I have debian on my thinkpad, and I have been searching for a stylish battery percentage indicator. Under windows, I had a program this simply displayed the percentage as a number, say 56%, transparently on the desktop, with the font and color of my choice. Does linux have anything that compares to this?
It's so much more difficult to get
linux to look and feel how you want than it is to get
windows to do it. Maybe I just have great luck with windows or terrible luck with linux. Anyways, if you know of a good battery monitoring app, let me know.
