Converting PDF or Word to Latex class

I have a template of a conference paper on Word and PDF format. But i dont have Latex template for the same.
Can I convert the PDF or WORD to Latex. Than how?
I atleast want to get the latex style file for the PDF or Word template.
Is there any package for this purpose.

I guess you are using Debian. Just search "latex" in synaptic package manager and see if can you get something interesting.

But I have already done that. I didnt find anything relevent.
