Converting ASCII to Binary?

Basically, my problem is this... I'm running YaBB cgi off of my own machine and I've finally gotten everything to work, except for the images. My guess is that they aren't in binary mode... at least, I don't think they are. I'm pretty sure I ran dos2unix on them at some point, anyway.

So.. is there anything I can do to fix this?
