Convert the filesystem "Xenix BBT" to fat32?

Hello...

I'm having a partition problem. I tried to merge my two partitions with Partition Magic 8, i'm running Windows XP, but suddently under the merging process the program stopped, and after hour i turned down the power to the computer. When i restarted the computer, i couldn't find the other part of the partition whitch it should have been merged. After the recovery process with Partition Magic, the program had changed the filesystem to Xenix BBT, and now i want to convert it back to Fat32. I can see the partition with Knoppix, not with Windows XP...

Partition Tragic is only good for shrinking an NTFS partition. I have found it corrupts all others. YMMV.

hmm Does knoppix have QtParted? I think it does. Fire that up and try it out. I believe that it is similar to PM.

Yes, it has QtParted, but the program says that the filesystem is fat32, but in windows xp it says Xenix BBT... And i can't convert the filesystem with QtParted...

Is there other options?

The problem is, that i don't want to format the partition. I've go all of my files in that partition, and i just want to convert the filesystem to fat32, so i can see my files in Windows XP.
