Convert PDF to EPUB or DOCX?

Hello,

I would like to ask you if you would know a pandoc method to convert a PDF to EPUB or DOCX?

Herewith a example of PDF document to make epub... in some way.
https://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/co...rochure_05.pdf

So far, I could make a epub via pdftotext and then to pandoc, but well, I may have no formatting, pictures,...

Best regards
Pat

I think you can do that in Calibre, at least the PDF part. https://calibre-ebook.com/ If you are using a repo-based distro, it will likely be in the repos.

There's a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-G74n_wGI1Q

to save a pdf as a MICROSOFT Office "docx" ,use Microsoft office .

but Libreoffice will also save it as a Microsoft Office .docx
( not to be confused with the older MS office .doc)

There are lots of pieces of software that will do that.
Usually it is not needed since most readers will access both and very few converters actually do much anyway other than wrap the appropriate document format headers and trailers around the text.
As said Calibre is probably the most comprehensive if you can live with all the extra stuff that comes with it.
