Connecting to UDP via Squid

Hi!

Is it possible to connect to UDP port 1194 which is the standard port for OpenVPN using squid. The OpenVPN GUI which I installed on my windows machine allows me to use the squid's proxy port 3128 since we don't have a transparent proxy. I am just wondering if this is possible so that I will no longer need to reconfigure the OpenVPN server to tcp port 443 just to connect. If someone can help me out on what section will I do changes in squid.conf, I will be very much thankful. Thanks.

the website doesn't make sense. I don't know if you're pointing at the right URL. But thanks anyway.
