Conflict?

I was wondering how I would go about fixing this issue that I receive. I am using Suse 10.0.

kernel-smp-nongpl 2.6.13-15 conflict
Unresolved Requirements:
kernel-smp-nongpl requires kernel-smp = 2.6.13-15
kernel-smp-nongpl requires kernel-smp = 2.6.13-15
Conflict Resolution:
( ) Do Not Install kernel-smp-nongpl
( ) Ignore Conflict and Risk System Inconsistencies

I did look this up in YAST and it says I have it installed. Do you have any ideas about what I should do? (Because of this I am unable to download from Packman, it asks for CD#1 all the time and I have Eval DVD version)

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

System inconsistencies in this case means that you will be running a mix of GPL and non-GPL software. If that is not a problem for you I would go ahead and select "( ) Ignore Conflict and Risk System Inconsistencies"

And welcome to LQ :D

Thank you very much for the advice. I will follow your suggestion. I wanted to make sure it wasn't anything serious.
