Configuring the gnome panel to show only gnome apps?

I am mainly a gnome user, but also have KDE for various apps (kopete and some more). I don't use most of the KDE apps and they fill up all the automatically-generated menus in gnome. How can I configure the gnome menus so that they don't display KDE apps, and maybe then add some specific apps (licq, kopete) manually?
