Configuring ProFTPD using webmin

As you can tell by the title of this I am not as much a newbie to this linux explosion. What I am is a newbie to CLI and this causes me great frustration when I want to do things in Linux. I was orignally fighting with my machine (P3 665 ibm don't laugh now) to get debian installed and configured. With some help from a friend we have it properly configured, with a nologin exception in the cli (i just delete this entry using MC and away I go signing into my accounts other than root). All of this was done so that I could configure a squid proxy server to access my email from work. Now that I have done this using webmin I want to create an ftp server to share files between my friends and I. As I run my debian machine in a headless mode and use webmin from my windows platform on my network, I find it easier to use and access without issues. My main question I guess is does anyone know where I can find a good tutorial on configuring ProFTPD using webmin.
One last thing. If anyone knows how to remove a nologin command permanently I could use some help there too. I have to go into root and remove nologin everytime I boot up before I can login as anything but root. I do this using MC in the CLI mode versus graphical.
Thanks
Mark
