configure wine for internet explorer setup

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to get IE6 SP1 installed under wine on a slackware 10.1 system with the wine package available on linuxpackages.net.

Following instructions on http://www.frankscorner.org/index.php?p=ie6 I can run the ie6setup.exe, but after I do so, it says that it can't connect to the internet to download the packages.

I'm pretty sure I need to configure wine to use wlan0, as I'm on a wireless, but I'm not too sure... If somebody could help me through this I'd really appreciate it,

James
