LinuxQuestions.org - ./configure fails trying to install SynCE/libraki

Hey all, i'm trying to install SynCE from CVS, and I'm getting this configure error while installing libraki. Does anybody have any idea how i can solve this? Am i missing an include? or a binary somwhere?
