configure error


every time i try to run configure i get an error. i was trying to install kxdocker here.
this is what it gives me

i am running mandrake linux 10.0 official.
the same thing happens every time i try to run configure

you'll need to install the developement packages from the distro cd's. glibc-devel etc...

when i try to install any thing from the CDs it gives me...
downloading packages,
verifying signatures
the following have missing or bad signatures (all say missing)
problem with installation
