fedora kernel source rpm building. after building kernel configuration file not generated in /boot directory

I would guess something went wrong or you didn't follow the instructions. Without any more information, such as error messages generated by the build process, there is little else one can say.

Check the /usr/src/kernels/<version> directory. You'll find a .config file there. That's your configuration for the kernel you built.
