concatenate mpeg (vob) files, command line tool.

Hya,

I am looking for a command line tool to concatenate two mpeg files. (hopefully lossless)

According to wikipedia, trancode can concatenate, but mpeg->mpeg is not lossless.

avidemux (GUI), looks like to be able to append files. (However, I am not sure it is lossless.)

I appreciate any suggestion.

Happy Penguins!

Hya,

Thanks for your reply. I am not quite sure if using mencoder is lossless.

Following site, I also found, says
Code:
cat file1.vob file2.vob > file12.vob
works. My intuition says it is lossless.
