Looks like you are missing some of the QT4 packages, you'll need to install all the appropriate dependencies for this software before you can compile it.

Which distribution are you running?

from the sourceforge page
http://sourceforge.net/projects/qsynergy/files/
9.1 is over a year and a half old
and the SVN source tree is 20 months old

the project looks to be abandoned

also i take it that synergy is installed AND working fine
http://synergy-foss.org/download/

Also there is a " qsynergy.pro" file for "QT Creator " why are you not using that?

Welcome to LQ.
Quote:
make: /usr/bin/uic-qt4: Command not found
Not always present. You can make a symlink like :
cd /usr/bin/ && sudo ln -s /usr/lib/qt4/bin/uic uic-qt4

Quote:
libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.14' not found
'libstdc++.so.6' from gcc-4.5.2 has the symbol GLIBCXX_3.4.14 .

? You have an old Linux OS with an old version of g++ , libstdc++.
Which OS is used ? Like CentOS 5, Ubuntu 10.04 ?

CrunchBang Linux : Is it version 10 R20111125 ? Or ?

And please specify architecture, i386 or "amd64" :
The command 'uname -m' will tell.
