Compile Wine to be distribution independent ?

Hello.

I'm a lazy person. And I hate redoing things. So I was considering how to best pack my Linux-Compatible games so I won't have to tinker with them every time I re-install.

I was thinking of making an installer, but some games require specific versions of wine and certain patches applied etc.

So. How would I go about compiling wine in such a way, that it could be run on different versions of a distribution regardless of architecture ?

There must be some way of doing such things. Cedega does it, I just don't know how
