commands in jack settings not effective in switching pulseaudio to sink

I put the following command line into jack settings:
Code:
pactl load-module module-jack-sink channels=2; pactl load-module module-jack-source channels=2;pacmd set-default-sink jack_out
it is to be executed after jack service starts (but the same if before).
I see from the audio settings window that pulseaudio switches sink but the sink is not respected by applications that continue to use the old one. If I switch manually to another and then back to the sink I get the sink used by the applications as desired.
Why does this happen, how could I make the sink switch effective by the same command line so pulseaudio really switches and not just on the interface of the settings window?
Note: the sink pulseaudio is sent default at startup does not conflict with the jack output device, that is, it is not the same. (Fedora 18 Gnome)
Thank you in advance

It showed up being enough to set those instructions to be executed both before and after jack service startup. This way the switch is effective and the sink is used by applications.
