Command line based Media Player

Just wondering if anyone knows of one or has had experience of one? I'm currently putting together a new server for work which is going to be used for network storage as well as a MP3 server. I didn't really want to install X-Windows on it and wondered if I could play MP3's etc from the command line.

Cheers.
