cisco aironet 802.11b access point

Hello

I am going to purchase a cisco aironet 1240 access point.

I dont have previous experience about access points.

Its specificaton says that it support 8.2.11a and 802.11g radia and provides data rate about 85 feet @ 54mbps for eache 802.11a and 802.11g.

So they says its data rate upto 108 mbps.

I want to ask is that total speed provided by access point are each client will get this speed that is 108mbps

(Mean Is that speed will share among all client computers are eache client will get this speed)

Waiting for

my cisco book says that in production networks a more standard rating is 20 to 26 Mbps. That is if you have multiple hosts using it
