Choppy dvb-t video and audio

Hi

I've recently moved over from XP to Ubuntu. I have a Visionplus PCI DVB-T card. This worked fine on XP.

Since moving to Ubuntu the only channel that plays fine is SBS (Australia) the others are all blocky/choppy video and audio. ABC seems to be the worst. I've scanned the channels and the values in my channels.conf file appear correct.

I've used Kaffeine to play DVB and record using Webscheduler (which uses Zapdvb).

Any ideas would be appreciated. My channels.conf file is below.

Noticed that my signal strength is only low 30s so I suspect that's my underlying problem. Some how it's deterioted.
