Checkinstall Segfaults?!
 

I am running Fedora Core 2 (on three boxes). I installed checkinstall for easy removal of programs (something i find difficult in linux). But whenever i run it (./configure, make, checkinstall) it segfaults right away (on all 3 comps). I tried installing it from RPM and from sources. Sources it does a bit of work, and then segfaults, but with the RPM, its right away...
Anyone else having this problem?
Help anyone?
