Changing the icon of PDF files

hi I wanna change the icon of PDF files to some other icon...Does anyone has any idea how to do this ? Do I have to use some image editor who can do this ? do we have any Linux software available ? Thanks in anticipation

Sorry I couldn't understood u ..what u meant to say...I just want to change the icon of pdf file(all pdf files have same ADOBE icon) to some of my choice ..I just want to know that it is possible or not..and if it is than How? Thanks is showing interest by the way...
