[SOLVED] Changing from a dual boot to a single system

I have a ubuntu 9.10 system upstairs and a dual boot system downstairs.

I want to change my dual boot system to windows vista only. I tried to do this but I couldnt get rid of the grub boot loader; I still have to go through the bootloader menu to select vista.

How do I remove the grub bootloader?
