In the Control Center -> Appearance & Themes -> Colours there should be an option at the bottom of the window to apply colours to non-KDE applications if you check it you then apply the changes should get what you want. The reason for this is the applications you name use the gtk engine to render their applications whereas KDE uses qt.

Well you can never get all of them to do it AFAICT but there are themes that you can use that will get them closer here are the package names in Debian perhaps the names are similar in Redhat. You may want to look for the qtpixmap or gerimak ones.

Firefox is a self-themed program; it doesn't even follow the generally-set GTK color scheme, much less the KDE (QT) color settings-- about all it will do is use the general theme's titlebar and scrollbars.
Not much to do about it as far as I can tell but consider writing your own custom theme.
I was wondering if there was a way to make all the color in ste scheme transparent i know there used to be a way when i was using redhat9 but i cant figure it out now i hate solid colors i want transparent everyting for kde and the colorscheme is the only ting i have left to change so if anyone can helo me out with that i will drinkk 1000 guiness for yas
