Unhappy Changed to ubuntu...

I recently installed ubuntu on my pc and decided to stop using windows.

I got everything work fine. Then installed tribes 2 on it and got it installed after a few problems. Then i had to install Defense turret, it's tribes 2 punkbuster program.
I installed it but when i tried to run it, i got error message "segfault inside DT".
I have no idea what could be the problem and have no idea from where to ask for a help.

the whole message:

segfault inside DT!
mika@ubuntu:/usr/local/games/tribes2$

I think that it could be some kind of problem with glibc, but don't really know

Thanks for your time...

I tried Ubuntu and Kubuntu and I don't know what it was about them, but I could never get anything to install or work just right. Maybe it's just me. I liked the look and how simple it was, but wasn't greatly impressed with how much work I was having to put in to make it work. Most of my problems had to do with something like the problem you're having...missing libs and so on. I hope you solve your problem.
