i'm using KDE netbook mode in Fedora but some of the in-built menu's (like a drop down one in the main bar) have a black background with black text on it. how can i change this?
Check System Settings -> Application Appearance -> Colours -> 'Colours' tab -> select/experiment with appropriate Colour Set in the drop-down.
If it looks more like a problem with KDE theme itself, you can try changing the theme for that particular element in System Settings -> Workspace Appearance -> Desktop Theme -> 'Details' tab.
Not sure if that was helpful but you can experiment.
