CGIProxy vs PHProxy vs other?

I've been using CGIProxy, but I've now found PHProxy (and there may be others I've missed). The only thing I've found you can't do with CGIProxy is watch flash videos through it, and there is a work around for that (downloading the video instead). Furthermore, the only problem I've had with CGIProxy so far is customizing the cgi script for your website (sort of a PITA).

From my first look, PHProxy seems to have more options. I'd like to get a more complete idea of the pros/cons of these (and other) web proxies from users who have had some experience with them. Thanks for your replies.
